Application Deadlines

Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. Priority for acceptance and scholarship funding is given to early applications.
To ensure that space is available, please submit all application materials by the following dates:

  • Fall Semester: July 1
  • Spring Semester: December 15

Application Tips

To make your application process as smooth as possible, please do the following:

  • Fill out your application thoroughly; take time to write complete responses to all of the questions
  • Write a detailed and thoughtful Host Family Letter
  • Make sure to include translated copies of your academic transcripts

Carefully review the immunization requirements with your doctor and make sure to receive all of the necessary vaccinations. You will not be allowed to join the program until we have received your completed medical forms and vaccination records.

Our partner in your country will provide you with the necessary application materials. If we do not have a St. Paul Prep Foreign Partner office in your home country, we will make arrangements to assist you in the application process. Some forms are available for download below.

Local Students

Please follow the steps below to help make the application process run smoothly.

Step 1

Call or email the Admissions Office at 651-288-4610 / to request an information packet and to set up a school tour.

Step 2

Set up a Shadow Day with the Admissions Office. A Shadow Day will allow for you to shadow along side a current student for either a half or full day of classes.

Step 3

Submit an application to the Admissions Office. Please type your answers and save the document when you are finished. Please email your completed application to
SPP has a rolling enrollment and will receive applications throughout the year. Scholarship and financial aid are awarded on a first come first serve basis. Priority is given to early applicants.

Your application will be completed when we have received:

  • Official Academic Transcripts
  • Achievement test results (MAT, Iowa basics, MAP, PSAT, etc.)
