Application Process for U.S. Students

Admissions Process

To request an application packet, please contact our Admissions Office (651-288-4610). The necessary forms are also available for download below.

Before beginning the application process, we encourage you to visit our school. We are happy to arrange a personal tour for your family or to schedule a day for you to attend classes on campus.

The application process:
  1. Complete the full Student Application and Scholarship Application (if you would like to apply for an academic scholarship).
  2. Give the Teacher Recommendation forms to your instructors. These can either be sent to St. Paul Prep by the teachers or included with your application materials in separate sealed envelopes.
  3. Request official transcripts and standardized achievement test results (Iowa Basics, MAT, etc.) from your school. These must be included with your application when you submit it to St. Paul Prep.
  4. If you would like to apply for need-based financial aid, complete the online TADS application.
  5. Send all materials to St. Paul Prep for review. We will notify you once we receive your application and request any missing items.
  6. When your application is complete (including all teacher recommendations and transcripts), we will contact you to schedule an in-person interview.
  7. Following your interview, you will receive a letter that invites or declines your enrollment. We will also make any offer of financial aid or scholarship at this time.
  8. If you accept our offer and would like to enroll, please confirm your decision with the Admissions Office.
  9. You will receive additional paperwork regarding vaccination records and any other information that we need to obtain prior to your enrollment.
